Pleasant experience, pleasant amenities with great facilities like the top-class pool and water park that kept my kids entertained, and friendly staff who were always smiling and helpful throughout our stay.

What a letdown! The pullout sofa barely fit my daughter, and it felt like it might collapse anytime someone sat on it. Plus, we found roaches and had tons of maintenance issues-definitely not the relaxing getaway we hoped for!

The pool and waterpark were highlights. The kids had a blast, and the lifeguards were commendably attentive. Check-in was speedy, thanks to a pleasant staff member. A thoughtful gesture came from an employee who gifted my son a stuffed animal after he missed the foam party. cleanliness left much to be desired. Our room had issues: no hot water, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of housekeeping over five days. It felt crowded and the staff was inconsistent in enforcing pool rules. Basic amenities like complimentary breakfast and microwaves should be standard for the price. Ultimately, while the kids enjoyed the experience, the hotel needs significant improvements to match expectations.

The water park was a blast for my kids! They swam and splashed around while I could easily pop back to the room when the baby needed me. Plus, the night walks with all the lights were a magical end to our day!

The room we were assigned had some issues that made our experience less than ideal. The pull-out sofa was not as sturdy as I had hoped, and it could only comfortably accommodate one child, not two as we had anticipated. we encountered two roaches in our room, which was definitely a turn-off. the room itself was not as comfortable as we had expected. The beds were smaller than we were told, and they were quite uncomfortable, leading to neck and back pain by the end of our stay. The shower in our room was also far from satisfactory, with the hot and cold options being swapped, making it difficult to find a good temperature. The water pressure was off, and the layout of the detachable shower head caused water to spray everywhere, making for a messy experience. The lack of proper ventilation in the room also left it feeling damp and muggy. I must say that the staff at Coco Key were accommodating when we experienced issues with our room. They swiftly addressed the issues, and we were able to move to a different room without much trouble. The location of the resort was convenient, with easy access to various attractions and shuttle services available nearby for a small fee. while the staff were helpful and the location was great, the overall quality of the room and amenities left much to be desired.

The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for some privacy. The casino had fun games, and we enjoyed the live entertainment every night.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was manageable.

The hotel's prime spot made walking to nearby attractions super easy, as I was only a few steps from Coco Key Water Resort and just 15 minutes from Universal Studios, which was perfect for our adventures and exploring restaurants like Sizler Indian Restaurant and cute ice cream shops like Baskin-Robbins; the room was very clean and staff were friendly with great amenities, but a few maintenance issues in our unit could use attention to make the stay even better.

We had a blast! The water park was amazing for the kids, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast had tons of choices, although it was kinda pricey. There were fun daily activities and a cool arcade. One downside was the housekeeping-we had to keep asking for towels. Still, the pools and big slides were totally worth it!

The room featured a coffee maker, mini fridge, and a sofa bed. The desk was convenient for keeping organized. Unfortunately, it could have used a microwave. The cleanliness was an issue; the shower curtain was notably filthy, which was disappointing. Temperature control was decent, maintaining a comfortable environment. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. we had booked a pool view and did not receive one. While the amenities were enjoyable, improvements in room upkeep and staff communication would enhance the overall experience.

The waterpark was absolutely fantastic-such a highlight and so close to our room. The staff was friendly and responsive, even helping me track down my misplaced wallet. the accommodations fell short; outdated rooms with thin bedding and terrible light-blocking blinds made sleeping difficult. We experienced water issues, and even found uninvited roaches. The bar drinks were overpriced and weak, which was disappointing. Still, the kids enjoyed themselves, and the atmosphere felt secure and welcoming. Not everything was perfect, but there were definitely moments that made our trip enjoyable.

Great for kids! The arcade, water park, and pools were top-notch. With everything on-site, you didn't need to leave for anything. Plus, the location on International Dr was super convenient, close to stores and restaurants. The personnel were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious, and there was ample parking available.
Major disappointment! Despite the fun amenities and convenient location, the negative aspects were hard to overlook.

I chose Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort for its convenient location near the International Drive, allowing easy access to the nearby iconic landmarks. The dedicated event coordinator pleasantly surprised me, ensuring a stress-free visit to the park and leaving plenty of time for enjoyment. Additionally, the included International Flavors of Carnaval at Universal Studios Florida provided a delightful culinary experience.
Weather issues may disrupt outdoor activities, and although an indoor pool is available, access can be restricted. Compensation options for such inconveniences could improve guest satisfaction.

During my xmas getaway, I loved that both my 1, year, old and 10, year. It was convenient that everything was within walking distance, including good food and fun attractions. The entertainment, such as the DJ, foam party, and luau party, added extra excitement to our stay. I appreciated the efficient service and the fact that kids under 10 eat free with a paid adult breakfast.
The customer service left a lot to be desired. Some staff members were rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check, in experience.

So much to do, from dining to shopping, and the nightlife was insane! And then, hitting up Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park , total blast! We felt like celebs at an exclusive event with DJ's, private shows, and the Gradtastic Selfie Banners!
The only thing missing for us party, loving teens was more late, night options! .

Our room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a great deal and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciate the awesome customer service. I'll recommend this hotel for families.

The waterpark was a blast, despite a few slides being closed for construction. The staff at the resort were absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. The park and pools were clean and a lot of fun, and the arcade area was a nice bonus. The room was clean and had a hot shower with good pressure. The resort's location was also convenient, with great restaurants and shopping nearby.
